Louise Cummins

Louise is an experienced and highly organised receptionist who brings extensive experience in customer service, administration and people management to Foxrock Clinic. She has over ten years’ experience in the banking sector, including as an Assistant Bank Manager, where she developed strong skills in customer service, organisation, staff management and administration.

Louise has recently completed a QQI Level 5 qualification in Medical Administration and is particularly interested in providing a friendly, professional and supportive experience for our patients. Her previous experience in customer-facing roles, together with her calm and approachable manner, makes her a valued addition to our reception team.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys going to the gym, art and painting, and attending meditation classes.
