Nicola is a warm and dedicated receptionist who helps keep our clinic running smoothly with her professionalism and care. She holds a Medical Administration Diploma from Pitman Training, along with certifications in medical terminology, health & safety, and first aid. Nicola brings valuable experience in streamlining patient scheduling, digitising clinical documentation, and training staff in EMR systems to boost accuracy and efficiency.
